For Iron Chef and Food Network Lovers alike....
My girl and i both love Iron Chefs but the american version is crap. Notice how both Flay and Battali won there opening matches. I couldn't stomach any more after that. Only one guy beat Sakai with sea food and then flay does it with some damn fish tacos or some such. Thats totally crazy.
Also, I do love Alton Brown, but what makes IC so good is that even the celeb judges know something about cooking and such. Those judges that the american version had were just plain silly.
While Flay's arrogance hasn't made me hate him yet, he is a cocky sob. That is always a turn off for me.
