Yes, I'm still alive. Things are getting better. Got approved for my student loans, making the spring semester a big ol' green light. Win.
Anyway, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say that reconnecting with old friends is one of life's greatest treasures and I've been afforded this luxury yet again tonight. This is the third time in the last six months that this has happened and I once again feel nothing short of gifted for it. Tonight, I got back in touch with a very good friend I haven't really spoken to in years and haven't seen in even longer. And now we have plans to meet. This is epic.
Like I've said so many times before, life is just a series of ups and downs. When things start to go downhill, you have less control as gravity has it's way with you, but when you get back on your feet and climb back up the next hill, it's only as good as you make it.
Oy, I'm getting existential. I think it's just about time for bed.
