Yaaaaay!
My paid account is back, and with it all my completely retarded icons! Thank you karthur!
One of these days I should think about using one of those other features of paid accounts...I still have never done a voice post, though really, I have no clue what I would ever do with one. And I'm so awesome at regular phone conversations!
To give this post some substance, here are some things I have done in the past couple days:
Finished reading The Scarlet Pimpernel. One of these days I should consider picking up a book that is less than a century old! But I rather enjoyed it, and thought it was actually pretty exciting near the end.
Finally saw Coraline. I felt like a total loser wearing 3D glasses over my real glasses, but I thought it was pretty cool. I really should see things in the theater more often.
Finished playing The Minish Cap. I considered starting a new game so I can get that side quest I missed and the last three kinstone fuses, but I think I'd also be obligated to get all those damn figurines as well, which is pretty much ridiculous. Moreso than it is in Windwaker! Which I have not finished yet due to screwing around instead...
Picked up FFXII again earlier today. I'm almost done with the Pharos, and excited to be through with it so I can leave and go screw around with side-quests and nonsense again. Have decided to refrain from playing while Shannon is over though, since she keeps telling me what I should be doing and what is going to happen later and I do not want to hear about that! Also she told me there was a save point in the next room when there was in fact the opposite of a save point (A BOSS BATTLE) that I wandered in with most of my MP gone for. So she forgot, fine, but if left alone with no clue what might be ahead I might have made some effort to be at all prepared.
Got my hero in Fable II laid. Don't ask me why I am playing this game, that is a question I cannot answer. I think it may boil down to "I feel I should play with the 360, I don't feel like playing Eternal Sonata, and I don't have Tales of Vesperia yet." It's my go-to source for mindless gaming when I don't feel like playing any of the games I've started that I actually care about.
