Guys I'm being productive! ...okay, so it's a relatively old picture. But anyway. Does anybody want to tell me if this weird experimental coloring style looks horrible before I go and waste a bunch of time finishing this picture in it so nobody will buy it at AnimeFest? (Not that they would anyway, but you know.) :D; I swear I don't know how to

Actually it looks similar to the sort of style stealing_mail uses (or that it's done in a similar manner, at least) and I used to obsess over her coloring and try to emulate it (you know, back when I drew and/or colored anything ever) so personally I like it XD

Well it's totally me working off a tutorial fayren made and not very successfully I am fairly certain. XD; I'll probably just finish it because otherwise I would have to figure out another coloring style, and I'm pretty sure the one I used to use made everything look like mush. :D But I don't know, this one is kind of a mess too. XD; I am so bad at this.

I actually like the flat-color style of the unfinished top part the best. Their faces are highlighted and pretty expressive.

As for the actually-colored part, I like the hair but his face just looks a little weird to me. Maybe if you blended the lines just a little bit. Nothing too crazy, but some of them just stick out to me. Then again, I am terrible at coloring, especially in Photoshop, so I'm not really in a position to judge D:

I am absolutely terrible at cel-shading, and this picture probably isn't one that can fly without any shading at all, so I am fairly certain flat color is a no go. x_x

I don't know, my pictures used to be really blended, but I kind of get the feeling it usually makes their faces look like mush. ._. I guess I'll poke at it though.
