I still do things...sort of.
I've run out of Gurren Lagann. :( Also, if anyone happens to have a .avi of episode 16 of that they could send me, it would be appreciated. As far as I can tell, it doesn't exist, and I know it's just recap, but it would bother me to burn this series off with a hole in the middle, or with only one episode in a different format than the rest. >_>;
Also I don't understand how this weekend was so unproductive. Especially today. I totally meant to get out to a bookstore to hunt down that Avatar magazine because I'm a tool like that, but yesterday by the time we were done doing...whatever the hell we were doing we just didn't feel like going all the way to Hurst or Southlake and wtf WHY are there no closer bookstores anyway, that's just really unfair. So I meant to try again today only instead I sat around the house watching anime and also passed out for a while which most certainly should not have happened, omg. And now it's after 10 and I'm wide awake, and I want there to be people around to talk to and they are not and it makes me sad.
I spent a lot of time yesterday going through old sketchbooks for some reason. I ended up scanning some shit and even inking some things right in the sketchbook which I never do because I don't want to mess the original sketch up like that. Whether or not I will end up posting anything I've dug up is up in the air, I meant to post a bunch of stuff from the sketchbook I'm still using now because it's almost out of pages, but then I didn't get around to it. Strangely enough, I think I actually almost like inking now, and I think it's because I started using a quill pen to do it instead of just doing it with microns all the time. I'm sure this will change once I attempt inking one of my absolutely ridiculous pictures, of course. Which I seem to be about to do.
What else...oh yes, in case anybody had any doubts, the D.Gray anime is still absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe how many episodes they wasted on this ridiculous Noah wannabe and her little lesbian maid, not to mention little miss mary-sue conformer. Supposedly they will be getting back to the actual PLOT soon, although I don't know how they plan to recover from all this bullshit they put the series through. I don't care what anybody says, filler to the point of it becoming a huge arc of its own is very much not necessary.
Umm, I guess that's about it for now. Yeah, I know, I'm boring, and nobody really cares about any of the crap I post in this thing. But oh well, there you go anyway. And now I am still wide awake with nobody to talk to, so I think I'm going to go replay Phoenix Wright. Or possibly draw more Viral. Hmmm, Virallllll. :F
