It's...really not that complicated.

So, I'm sitting in my computer class during our 5 or 10 minute break that we're taking because everybody is SO CONFUSED about this crazy CSS thing the teacher's trying to explain. omg I don't understand what's so difficult to understand. Sure, I've done this stuff before, and supposedly have a web design certificate from TCCC, but it wasn't confusing when I started either. I'm not crazy adept with CSS, or html for that matter, it's been so long since I've used either, but I at least understand their purpose and basically how they work. It's not rocket science. Yeah, okay, I'm kind of a bitch. But seriously, when we get to Flash, and there's coding involved, there is going to be so much confusion.

This is really making me want to work on an lj layout, though. I should start bringing stuff to class so I can work on that while everybody else is trying to keep their brains from breaking, because code is just so out there. The question is, should it be Tiki or Rabi and Bookman? Of course I should lean towards Rabi out of principle, but I kind of think other people have probably used that picture. We'll see if I end up caring. :D Then again, I spent a lot of effort cleaning up that Tiki picture, and I could use a pretty butterfly motif. Fwee.

Also, what's the point of having programs on these computers if we are not authorized to use them? The teacher said the lab tech made sure Dreamweaver was on all these computers, but it looks like only admins are allowed to actually run the program. I'm going to classify that as retarded.

Argh, I'm ready for this class to be over. Actually, I'm ready for the next two classes to be over. It'd be awesome for Japanese to be done as well. Give me my weekend, please. I want to go home and draw and color and maybe code.

Oh, look, we're trying to learn things again. I guess I should pretend to pay attention. Only about 10 more minutes.

layout, kim's class is lame
