I do not normally post Second Life things outside of a giant photo dump of all the crazy adventures we have. Lately, everyone has been busy due to life circumstances so there has not been much adventure. That's fine, though SL does get boring pretty fast by yourself. I've been signing off and on randomly when bored and just going around.

We used to have a place we considered "our" hangout. We didn't own it, of course, and the owners probably had every right to kick our asses off of their parcel of land (considering the time we broke the sim by ourselves and how we pretty much dominated it with our obnoxious voice chat and retardation) but they never did. Recently, this place was sold much to our ultimate sadness and the new owners changed it completely and divided the land up. Out of curiosity, I went back to see if maybe, just maybe, the old owners had regained and restored it.

And I found... this.

I don't know if these screenshots can fully convey how.... creepy this is. I am sure some of you are saying "Star, they just like horses. What's wrong with that?" and I would have to agree with you in general terms that sure, there is nothing inherently wrong with liking horses. I like horses! What is wrong with these screenshots is not the fact that they own a parcel of land and have almost nothing on it but a house and massive amounts of fake horses... but that each and every single one of these horses has food/water/health stats. That means that every day they have to take care of these horses. Someone is taking the time out of their life to feed these things. I said originally that they were individually named but I may be wrong (or I just saw one or two that were named and none of the others were) but regardless.

Every day. Feeding and watering these things.

I did not go back for a week or so. Today, out of curiosity I went back...

YOU ARE SLACKING, MISTER OR MISS HORSE OBSESSION PERSON. THAT HORSE IS SICK.
