Some bull shit about Shion making a copy of the world and now Suou and July live there. and just... Genma (trenchcoat guy, btw. I learned names) worked for the CIA and was a spy/traitor all along. He was also the one that killed Youko.

Suou finds Shion, who is looking worse for the wear. They have a talk and Shion asks Suou to take him outside so he can see the moon.
July leads them to where they were, but by the time the group arrives Suou and Shion have gone.
Contractor battle, as per usual.
HEI NEEDS AN ADULT
The one leader guy shows up and tells the lesbian ninja to not kill Hei. They have him captured but explain to him all the things to do with Izanami and Izanagi. However, they're interrupted by the CIA and lesbian ninja stays to fight while Hei and the other guy leave.
Mao questions where they're going next when he realizes he's no longer on July's head, but Misaki's. The twin dolls tell them, again, that this is the Gate; where one's wish comes true and that July is with Suou. Also Mao got fugly.
Madame Orielle takes them to see the super computer they built. They point out that the moon is not, in fact, a moon. It is a copy of Earth that Shion created that contains all the memories of humanity.
Shion is looking worse and worse as they travel.
And suddenly disappears from his wheelchair.
July leads Suou to where he is. Waiting in the same place that Amber was in the last season.
and then WHAT THE FUCK SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK AREN'T YOU DEAD DUDE?
July has the correct reaction. The Magician tells him their mission is done and they're leaving. July replies he's staying. He likes being with Suou. The Magician comments that he's an evolving doll and then disappears with a magic trick.
Suou finds July and is treated to a hug. :( Aw.
Back with lesbian ninja, she's killed all the CIA guys and is ready to face off against trenchcoat guy.
Shion dies a terrible death, looking drained and old. He tells his sister to enjoy his gift, to give his love to their mother and father and that she is his dear sister. Then he dies. THEN THEY KILL JULY GOD DAMN IT JAPAN FUCK YOU
Suou is, understandably, pissed. She pulls out the weapon but the meteor core necklace begins to break. It turns out, they could not create copies of people with perfect memories until they used a meteor core fragment. Once it breaks, Suou loses her memories.
Just in time for some inappropriate cuddles.
;_; Suou dies I dunno how or why. Hei's just like ":| well then." and then Yin is like "hey kill me plz" and I'm like WHAT IS GOING ON HERE JESUS FUCK
Mao and Misaki race to the scene. And... the Gate grants Misaki's wish to see Hei? I guess? Because they float above and see the dead kids and suddenly Hei gets his power back! His star comes back!
Then suddenly what? What's going on!
The black guy and the landlady from Hei's old apartment! I wonder if copy/fake world Mama, Papa and Suou live there.
The aquarium, of course.
