Obligatory Post
So, February is halfway gone. That's it. Just an observation.
I really have nothing to say, but I felt that I should make a post to show people that I have not been consumed by zombies.
Speaking of zombies, I saw a group on Facebook that is coordinating a Zombie Apocalypse Survival "Training" at the UofA! A couple AmeriCorps friends and I signed up right away! We need disaster preparedness training, so what better way to prepare for a disaster? :D
I had a nice three day weekend. FRIDAY: Tried to hang out with Brad and John, but they freaked me out with a clown wig and nose and I left crying and drove home. Okay, that wasn't so great.
SATURDAY: Damn, I don't remember... Oh! I went to the District for the Free Radio Chukshon fundraiser. It was pretty boring. The bands were way too loud and I just wanted to go to Club Congress. We finally did go around 1:00am, but it was really boring, so I went home.
SUNDAY: I watched Valentine and My Bloody Valentine (2009). Oh memories. I went to Walmart with Miranda to fart around. I got a free hat while Miranda proceeded to stab her eye with sunglasses. Then I went to Robbie's for a Single Ladies (Burgers) party to celebrate Singles Awareness Day. It started out fun, but then we wound up watching 30 Rock at the end of the night. It made me feel deep shame. So I went home. :P
MONDAY: I think I just stayed home and watched movies. I needed to go out and return a movie to Blockbuster, but I had an anxiety attack and stayed home. Okay, so not the greatest weekend, but definitely not all bad.
Now I'm sick. :P
