well last week i started working out again.. my routing:
3 times a week (at the moment) cardio for 30mins, first thing in the morning (ie before breakfast)
the on the same days as cardio gym in the arvo,
monday (at gym):
● cardio
● chest
● sholders
● triceps
● stomach
wednesday (at gym):
● cardio
● legs
● stomach
friday (at gym):
● cardio
● back
● biceps
● stomach
after 1 week there is no results to speak of accept some pain from working out..
(damn muscles and their not wanting to do what i say)
