Updates:
I finally found a great apartment. At the end of June I'll be moving to Framingham. (It's actually a cool place even though I have never thought highly of the town.) So yeah it's a 4-bedroom, 3 story house. $450+util is pretty good. The place itself is pretty big and spacious and already pretty well furnished. Nice flat screen tv, xbox360 and ps3. So yeah, always great to have roommates with cool toys. Still finalizing details and such but it'll be good to move out of my parents house since they are starting to charge me rent and all.
I got a new job. So Gentle Giant Moving Co. wants to hire me. They pay better than TJ's and have great benefits, plus it's gonna kick my ass into awesome shape. Which is a good thing. That being said I now need to hit the gym everyday. Cause before I really start I have to pass a few more physical tests, and let's face it, i'm not in prime shape.
This also means I am gonna quit TJ's, while it's been great working there i can't really see myself going long term with them anyway. No matter how hard you work there's really no sense of progress. You are really better off aiming for mediocrity and putting in your time, and that's just no way to work. That being said, work with Gentle Giant will probably be somewhat slow when I begin and then become more full time, so this transition period might be a little tricky. Next month my income will probably be half what it usually is and then later begin to ramp up. Also I'll be driving to work quite a bit rather than being able to walk or ride my bike, as I would be able with TJ's. With gas over $4 and going up, my fuel costs may overshadow my pay increase.
All I really know is that nothing in my life is certain for the next few months. And that sucks. But it also makes things interesting. Was hoping to buy some fancy toys at the end of the month but looks like I'll have to push those plans back to be on the safe side.
