16 Months of Hiatus...
It was 16 months ago that I last posted something in this LJ account of mine.
It just happen that I came across some stories linked from GM that I wanted to read, and it so happen that I wanted to post a reply in that story. In short, while I'm still awake, I decided to post something here.
Life has been different for the past 16 months. I abandon this site, and the love for FFXII fan-fics right before I had to rush on my programming & dissertation work for my degree; now I'm working in a big, multi-national company and had no time doing things like I used to back in the uni.
On a personal life, I am still sleeping alone in that comfy bed of mine. I traded the life in a uni accommodation with a simple flat in the outskirts of KL (shared with with friends). There's no more of the drinks, and the parties, and the drugs, like I used to enjoy as a student. Now it's a serious responsible adult life, with a flavour of midnight 'mamak' and weekend hangout with friends.
I wish I could go back to the love that I missed - of the fantasy world, of the longing I had for a forbidden love, of a freedom like I have experienced. However i realised that I can't go back to life like before. The reality is like what I am experiencing now.
