Right.
So last night I joined my friend
nineloc, who has an lj but doesn't use it, on his walk for the Relay for Life event.
My role was as support, cheer squad and intrepid photo journalist.
So why did I end up completing near 10 miles of walking with him? (In the rain)
The weird thing? We are planning to make a Team
LOC, where we will have our base camp for he walkers and will be selling really good, freshly ground, tasty coffee for charity.
As a review; I got up around 8:30am, went to work, got off at 8pm, had dinner, went to the Relay for Life event just before 11pm and started walking, had a few breaks on and off and finally left after 5am, went to help wrap up the recording at 6:30 (you can hear me in the Relay For Life Wrapup podcast) and finally home for a shower and sleep at 7:something.
Coming soon: a link to one of the several and more offensive podcasts that I participated in known as American Smartass.
