Conclusion: I really hate running.

I never loved it to begin with. But it seemed like I could do it, and I started this program, and I got about three weeks in when I realized that I don't like it. It doesn't make me feel good, I get no enjoyment out of it, and there are plenty of other cardio things I could do that don't include pushing myself to do something that I hate.

Like biking! I love riding my bike. Not that I can do that eight o'clock at night after work or anything, but I can start doing the spinner or something at the gym. But that treadmill... ugh. Running is for some people, but not for me.

I was going to take progress photos but I pretty much look the same so I'll wait another couple months and maybe something will be obvious.

I did plan to go to the gym today during lunch, but it's so disgusting outside that the thought of moving at all is not appealing. I'm allowed a day of downtime.
