So I went on vacation and it was fantastic. (Anxiety notwithstanding.) Photos are hereIt wasn't as cold as everyone made it out to be, or maybe I'm just used to northern winters. But I packed a bunched a sweaters and didn't wear any of them. T-shirts under a winter coat worked fine. I had a miserable cold the entire time, and the lack of sleep/

and that writers' museum looks pretty epic. soooo many irish authors in general.

(also, what were your thoughts on Dubliners? I feel like I should probably read some Joyce at some point to be a Good Person TM but I've also gotten the general impression that he's super pretentious.)

Dubliners is great. Be a normal person and start with that one. Unlike me, who tackled Ulysses. (But really, it's a short story collection so it's easy to digest.)
