On the road again.
So. Yesterday, in accordance with my new years resolution, i went out and got all legal. Look everyone, stay off the streets and sidewalks, Jabari is on the open roads again. After I did all my deeds, I went to see a friend of mine from college, Vicky, and shes doing juz great. so very cool to see that shes hardly changed but when i talk to her i figure out that all kinds of stuff has changed. just cant tell it from across the room. I found out also, that you cant be friends with somebody who doesnt want to be your friend. Which would seem to be common sense, but not true. For some folks, civil is all you can get. Im not going to like that, but I suppose ive got to accept it.
I slept at Ben 2's house last night cause my shift ended so late yesterday and started so early today, and set the alarm an hour early on accident. it's a good thing i work at a coffeeshop.
The thing im most excited about tho, is that now i can resume work with someone i really enjoy working with- she was just too far to get to reliably when i was afraid of going to jail. and thats good stuff.
anybody know of a singing group in the houston area i could maybe get ahold of?
