I just cried reading an email from my mum that said simply -

"You know I am so proud of the mature, talented and thoughtful daughter you are, you are selfless, considerate, caring, funny, and great company... I get tears of happiness thinking of how wonderful you are."

Nothing else matters.

Someone said to me once, "It is better to be kind than to be right". So true, and my mum always makes me want to strive to be a better person.
