Argh
Oof, what a day. So, yesterday's exam completely wiped me out, to such an extent that I was still wiped out this morning. Of course, I still had both classes to attend, a lab to teach and a second (marathon) exam to take. Yaaaay, grad school.
So, the upside of tonight's exam was that we got fed pizza :) The downside was that it took 4.5 hours, and that I got pretty brain-dead about 2.5 hours in (this length seems pretty typical for Synthesis exams, but it was still exhausting).
The cherry on top of today's cake of awesome? Coming home to a pee-covered bathroom floor - one(?) of the cats managed to pee copiously not only in front of the litter box, but somehow under it, as well. So I got to clean that up and am waiting for the enzymatic cleaner (it's called Pee Pee! I may have gotten it based largely on its name) to work its magic. In the meantime, the place still smells like ammonia, though. Good thing I'm a chemist and am therefore not bothered by this.
