Israel is talking some very serious shit.
Here, they accuse Iran of directly being involved with a missile attack on one of their warships.
This report claims that Israel has given Syria a 72-hour deadline to shut down Hamas and bring about the release of their kidnapped or face the consequences.
I don't think Israel is contemplaing Total War against Iran and Syria, but military strikes against those nations might result in a very serious response, and Total War might just be the result.
I don't think that the forces aligning against Israel really understand what they are dealing with. If Syrian or Iranian ground troops cross Israel's borders by so much as the length of a Barry Bonds moon shot, I believe that Israel is prepared to unleash its nuclear arsenal.
