Aaaah... the sweet sweet muscle ache of a workout. The morning after reminds you that you actually put effort in. Even if I can't walk (as a sign to STRETCH PRE AND POST WORKOUT), it still makes me smile! And yes, I actually like the fact we have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to the flat we're currently staying in - unavoidable exercise ( Read more... )

Ah right, ok. What do you reccomend for a warm up? I know I shouldn't just begin, but doing a small bit of cardio before hand normally makes me too restless and makes it harder to concerntrate on working the muscles nice and slowly and surely.

I always stretch before and during a workout. I do my martial arts stretches. I can still almost do the splits, which get me strange looks sometimes.
