awesome things have been making their way in my email today. besides the fact that tonieboo0013 proves to be one of the most amazing people i've ever met, gmail just flashed an ad "JOHN LLOYD CRUZ USES THE NUMBER 1 ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO" at me and wtf gmail what makes you think i want that :|
spent the afternoon with ika_rasu--eating and karaoke-ing. it was a fulfilling way to celebrate neenomiya's birthday ♥
i have a thing for birthdays. like. you know how the grinch hates christmas right? that's how i am with birthdays. i dislike them quite a lot. all (most) of my birthday posts are depressing and weird. ( evidence a | evidence b). it's not because of a tragic childhood. it's not even because i hate birthdays--because i love celebrating other people's birthdays. i simply have this peeve for all the sudden attention (my stunted social skills cannot handle it) and i just think that it's nothing to be so worked up over. not to mention i want to stay 18 forever (peter pan can do it...) but each and every year, lj friends (and sometimes rl friends) keep making every one special. i almost don't hate my birthday now!
thank you, lj friends for making being another year older that much bearable. i used to detest my birthday with a passion (oh i wish i were kidding) but now i am just apathetic about it! progress is progress right? :D
