EDIT: This post has been moved to my personal LJ due to the fact that I offended someone I never meant to offend.

Comments left for the post on Quarter_Mile are still here but future ones will be at my journal. I don't wish to offend anyone.

Well, I don't know how good it is, but I suddenly wanted to write a poem dedicated to Paul Walker. Here it is:

It's sad, Paul Walker, that you're dead
I can't accept it in my head.

But you were at the top of your game,
Without you, Fast & Furious won't ever be the same.

It feels like a part of me died today
After seeing you had passed away.

We're gonna miss your happy shining smile
And your very serene deep blue eyes.

You were so young, badass and handsome,
It's sad to see your time has come.

You told us not to cry because you would be smiling,
But it hurts too much to see you dying.

And Roger Rodas is not forgotten,
He must have been to you like a brother.

You may be gone,
But your memory still lives on.

Rest in peace, Paul William Walker IV

Gone, but never forgotten :'(

Criticism accepted, but since it's almost night here in Austria, I don't know when I'll take notice.

I read the whole thing but couldn't get through it the first time without crying. Truly beautiful. Perfect. I can't say enough. Thank you so very much for sharing. It was wonderful.

Would it be alright to use your poem in a photo manip? I made two different ones. I can show you the post before I put it on Quarter_Mile.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Nah, happened to see it just right now, but well, I'm okay with it. I mean, we're all mourning Paul Walker now, so I thought "why not share"?

If you're uncomfortable with it or anything, I can take them down. This poem is yours and if you don't want it used like that, let me know. I know it may be too much too soon. So let me know if you want them removed for the time being. Or if you would like to post them up on your own page. I could take mine down and you could post it yourself if you would like. Whatever makes you happy. I didn't do much. It was you who created the beautiful poem, I just copied it to the photos.

It's totally up to you. Have a great day.
