A sharp shock to your soft side
Did you know Mike Carey is on Facebook? This strikes me as sort of hilarious. Speaking of Mr Carey, Felix Castor is officially my new obsession. I finished the 3rd book last week and was sad for days afterwards. I tried reading other stuff...but it just didn't feel right! So yesterday I brought Thicker than Water to shut up my inner fan girl and I feel better. But very unwell, bleh. i have a belly ache and feel like I may give birth to a zombie alien. :(
It's my birthday in just under a month and the general idea right now is to take an epic trip of epicness to London. Yayyyy London! Possible plans right now include visiting Orbital comics (because it's so lovely to visit a nice comic shop for once), that other comic ship which is in that general area but I can't remember what it's called, Cyber Candy (om nom nom don't you know) and the Trocadero centre. I'd also like to go to Covent Garden because I haven't been there for years and I loved it there. Do they still have those human statue people there? I once saw a man there dressed as a wind-up soldier and he was awesome. For years after it was my dream to be a human statue and stand in Covent Garden like a wind-up doll!
This is probably the most pointless thing I've ever posted ^_^ but really I'm just trying to put off going to sleep. We have stock take at work tomorrow which means staying after hours to scan in crap. Pffff.
