So tomorrow Cory and I are going to venture to the Asian market on Central in search of fresh edamame and tofu shirataki noodles. Neither of us have tried them, to be honest, but their magical properties make the whole bag zero points, inviting a plethora of sauce options.

Have any of you worked with them before? Any recipe suggestions?
