[ Loki, having filtered the message specifically to her, appears in his full Asgardian armor. It is the first time he has done so on this Network, since for the first time there is no point in him hiding his identity. ]

[ Something wrong there, Loki~? She's still in her own Asgardian armor as well. ]

Loki! [ She snarls his name. ]

You were dead. Thor watched you fall!

[ Well, that rather succinctly answered his first question. She's concurrent with his timeline, at least.

That'll complicate things. ]

He watched me fall, dear lady. He did not watch me die.

As you can see, I am very much alive. I hope to return to Asgard in due course; but as for the time being, I have made my home here. I do hope you'll enjoy the place.

[scoffed]

[ She snaps at him, unable to stop herself.

She calms herself a bit more now, trying to regain her composure. ]

[ His eyebrows raise, a perfectly calm expression. He pulls all the innocence he can muster into that look. ]

My dear Sif, do you truly believe that this was my doing? That I would choose to bring you here, to an alternate realm, for my own amusement?

How quickly you forget. You betrayed me once already. It was not I that brought you here.

[scoffed]

[ She's really buying that innocence. ]

Betrayal to you, perhaps, but loyalty to the AllFather.

You will forgive my suspicions. Last I saw you you were allowing Frost Giants into Asgard, fighting your brother, and trying to destroy Jotunheim. My patience for you is gone.

[godoftricks]

As I recall, it never extended far.

[ Oh very well, he'll drop this charade. He simply rolls his eyes at her. ]

Be that as it may, the fact is that your coming here was not my doing. My own coming here was not my doing. It is within the nature of this realm to draw outsiders into its boundaries. Even creatures so powerful as ourselves.

[scoffed]

Then you are not amassing an army to take back Asgard?

[ Yeah. See this face? She has no faith in you. ]

I have no means of returning to Asgard, at present. Nor, as it would appear, do you. Your beloved captain destroyed the Bifrost. There is no way back, unless I should devise one.

[scoffed]

You say that last part as though you could not devise one.

[ We all know how the Frost Giants originally snuck into Asgard now. ]

The rift that drew us here is somewhat...resistant, to my magic.

But forgive me, my dear. Were you really asking for my help? How quaint.

I have no need or desire for your help. Nor do I trust you to not attempt to claw your way back into Asgard. I would rather suffer here with you than gain entrance back into Asgard with you.

Ah, so you are to be my jailer. Naturally.

[ The sarcasm in his voice is a lazy drawl. He rolls his eyes. ]

Rest assured, there is no possibility of either one of us returning to Asgard quite yet. Nor would I return there if I could.

[scoffed]

I want nothing to do with the likes of you.

If you do not cross me, I will not come near you. [ Because she'd rather not. But she still doesn't trust him. And first sign she has a reason not too and she'll end him if she has to. ]

[ His smile is cold. ]
