It's autumn, again!
I always seem to be caught unaware by the changing seasons. There's always that one day (or five if it happens on an off week) when I go outside and am shocked to discover that my clothing is completely inappropriate, for reasons unrelated to social norms and such. Anyway, it's one of those days when I am finally relying on the heater, grading papers and looking out at one of the <60 cloudy days we have this year (I love our climate). It's such a laid back little domestic scene here, complete with dog tracking in little puddles of water around my chair. You can tell I'm relaxed because I'm noticing my sentence structure and not changing it.
