I don't know, it all looked pretty dire. I kind of feel like either they'll all survive, or none of them will. Will might have plot armor, but...yeah. I don't think there's any good way to spin him surviving this when two ladies and a man of color are almost certainly dead. I think both Will and Alana might survive? That's also a possibility.
(And yeah, I don't think the writing was good overall, at least in several places and in the way it was set up, and I'm legitimately angry that they brought Abigail back literally to kill her, but there were parts of this episode that were kind of haunting and I'm having a hard time getting over).
I can pretty much guarantee that the writing wasn't good. And I think Will is probably safe and will survive to next season. The ladies, not so much.

Is Jack also looking dead? I take it he didn't make it out of the house in the fight we saw in the first episode?

Jack was also looking pretty dead, unfortunately.
And Abigail was brought back literally just to have her agency stripped of her and die again, if she is in fact dead.

...After she died in the first place because the audience didn't care enough about Bev yet.
That is some straight up terrible choices Fuller is making.
