holy shit...i think i actually do LOVE MACALESTER. oh, subtle dread, go away. spring semester will be great. cabin boy and all.
last night i had a moonlit stroll around loch raven with a handsome young man, and came to the conclusion once again that i have some really precious unconditional friendships in my life. i am so grateful. we slept late, had evolutionary conversation with his roommate over eggs and carrot juice, picked out paint samples, and went to the dump to discard the remnants of their active social lives. i like his friends, his dog, and his school bus, and i'm glad that i get to play a role in that amazing life of his.
