☆ drabble index: - one - three
It’s Sunday night and they’re spending it just as they always do, eating Junno’s specialty curry that he oftentimes boasts about. By the time they’re finished with some steam jasmine rice and a few bottles of Hoegaarden Beer, it’s Tatsuya’s duty to do the dishes.
Like whenever he’s doing a monotonous duty, Tatsuya mentally maps his schedule for the coming week. He frowns because, even with the concerts and fan meetings over, busy weeks are ahead with his butai in Tokyo and Osaka. This means no day offs and super packed days. He turns around and glances at Junno who’s busy tapping away on his computer - perhaps playing some game, Tatsuya imagines. This reminds Tatsuya however, to hand over a copy of his apartment keys to Junno to see about his dogs for when he’s away in Osaka. He sighs long and mad, already moping that days will pass before he sees this man of his again.
It’s his little secret: but going home to Junno is Tatsuya’s favourite time of the day.
And these thoughts and feelings really make him just want to--- no no no - he tries hard to shake the nonsense from his head.
Because.
Of course, he can’t ask him to ma---
“Tatsuya”, Junno calls, his voice pensive as he taps away at the keyboard.
Tatsuya puts the dish away in the dryer before he turns around and answers, “what’s up?”
“Here’s a crazy thought”, Junno says.
“Okay. I’m listening”.
“What size do you want?”
“Size for what?”
“Better yet, what flavour do you want?”
“Flavour? Again, what are you talking about?”
“You like pâtisserie, don’t you? Which do you prefer: French or Belgian finish?”
“Junno, before I strangle you, tell me what you’re talking about”.
Junno turns the screen of his laptop towards Tatsuya for him to see, “our wedding cake, of course”.
Tatsuya nearly doubles over in shock. Is Junno thinking what he's thinking?
He grabs the laptop from Junno's hands and browses over the pictures with brewing glee, "at least propose first, you idiot", he grumbles, grinning, "and let's get the Belgian finish".
