What a waste of a day. I really sure do know how to waste time.
I bought new earphones. They are like earplugs, too, and block out all the sound. My brother has been having fun messing with temporarily-deaf me. What if I really was deaf? What then, would it still be funny? Actually it is kinda funny. I really can't hear a thing. I need to buy another decent pair that lets in sound for school and when I want to be able to hear. The whole blocking out all sound is really... disabling. Slightly unnerving, I feel like I could miss something. But for sleeping, reading, sitting at the computer and any time I'm around anything loud or don't need to worry about hearing people, they'll be great.
The coating around the bottom on my iPod ones is cracking and now there's like an inch of exposed cords and they're just not in good shape. If I find some electrical tape, I'll have a nice temporary fix, I guess. I'll probably buy a $10 replacement pair or something. Any suggestions?
I've been on a Smiths kick lately. And I realized I don't actually have any Morrissey albums (just a collection of random tracks). If anybody has any, I'd appreciate the upload. I've got tons of shit to offer in return. I still need to clean up my music collection, but I have such trouble deleting stuff. Even if I know it's shit, I can always find some appeal to almost everything. Even stuff I usually always skip. So it's a challenge. And I don't really mind having shit I don't like on there, I'd just prefer it wasn't.
Alright, kids. Finally going to clean my room. Think I'll have a Shirley Temple first for a kick and then get on it. I have my nice new headphones which can go super loud without distortion, so that'll be fun.
