Ahh.....Tokyo!
Wowsers.
I'm not sure what made me feel more American, ordering the pizza on the plane when everyone else wanted the chicken curry with rice or when I was at least a head taller than everyone else on the tram in the airport.
Highlights:
The first thing/person I saw in the airport was a Japanese teenager with his laptop at a power/internet station, doing what? Playing STARCRAFT!! I love Japan already.
Trying to do mental math to figure out how expensive stuff is, and yes, it's expensive.
Taking a picture of the cafeteria and feeling like a total tourist.
Not knowing what three quarters of the stuff for sale actually is.
Not knowing what the hell I'm doing or where I'm going.
