[art post] And here's what the boar reference was for
So I loved beeblebabe's story for the last issue of SSBB, and wanted to do a couple more illustrations for one particularly cool scene, which I didn't have time to do before that issue came out. And luckily, even after the fact, it was still possible to insert the two extra illustrations into place in the text of the story. :D
The two new illustrations are pretty SFW (monstrous eagle-boar creature guts and blood aside), but of course the previous illustration, at the bottom of the page, is not.
(I, uh, spent a while looking at Youtube videos like this one. Reminded me of those times in Boston when you'd take a walk early in the morning on a weekend, before things got busy, and find a falcon finishing off a rat or a pigeon down on the sidewalk.)
P.S. ALSO, sign-ups are now open for this year's SSBB yuri special--for both illustrators and writers. I know I have yuri lovers on my flist, so if you'd be interested in writing some original f/f fic, or drawing some art, or illustrating someone else's story...? :D?
