Police Alert!
I had a little scare when I got home today. I found a note from Cst. Chipchar regarding a break in!
I saw the words Property was stolen and damage was caused by the culprits
So I ran in, searching for my laptop, mp3 player and digital camera which are laying in full view in my living room....
*pheew*
they were all there when I got inside.... I read the note closer and spotted the words A home near yours was broken into.
OI. I was so scattered, when I tried to call the number and talk to Cst. Chipchar I forgot my own phone number when I tried to leave a message with another officer! oi. What a silly thing to do. Oh well. I guess I'll be getting a message from the constable tonight some time. And maybe when I go to work tomorrow I'll tuck my valuables away somewheres... make them look for them at least.
On another note, it was a crazy busy day at work today. After taking one day off sick everything seems to have exploded. It's hard being the one in contact with so many people that when I'm not there, nothing gets done. It's not their fault. I worry about what will happen when the new girl takes over in September. eep. She's gonna have a lot to contend with. I don't envy her.
