Contemplating running away to the beach for a couple of days ... anyone have any recommendations on which beach to hit ?
south padre? galveston? mustang island, corpus christi, etc ? keep in mind - this is a car trip with a 15 month old and a cranky old curmudgeon that isn't that big on driving to begin with. so - where have you found a quiet piece of beach to swim and play on? or kite ? :>
