SMU?
Shit's been going well. School isnt really all that great, though. I am just dying of boredom. Not to mention, this term is a bit more challenging than it should be. lol. I swear, the only reason I go to school is to attend rehearsals for my show. I am counting down the days til this term finishes. lol.
The play is coming along really well. I am getting along with everyone in the program. My director is one cool old lady. She likes me alot. She recruits for a university in Dallas, Texas called Southern Methodist University. The chair of the theatre dept was in town this weekend, and she wanted me to meet him because she thinks I am very talented and am a great fit for the program. So, yesterday, I met up with my director and the chair of SMU in downtown for some lunch. We just talked about college stuff, high school, theatre, the program at SMU, shit like that. It went really well. He seemed impressed by me, and I was impressed by his humility. Which is a breath of fresh air. I am not gonna say that SMU is for me. My dream is to be in NYU, but if NYU doesnt work out, SMU might be a good fit.
I purchased the Paris Hilton Sex tape on eBay. lol. It is one funny ass tape. She is so drugged up during the scenes with her bf. lol. The guy is having sex with her, and she doesnt even show any emotion. She has a deer in the headlights type of look. lol. Its funny.
I saw the Golden Globes last night. It was fucking boooorrrriiinnnnggg! lol. Thats what happened when you dont supply a host! Either way, Jamie Foxx won the well deserved Best Actor is a Musical/Comedy. I was rooting for him. He kicked ass in Ray. Now, I am pissed off because the Aviator beat Finding Neverland for best Drama. That is bullshit, because Neverland is one of the most beautiful Dramas I have ever seen. Hopefull, Oscar will have something to say about that.
