i haven't updated in quite a while. hmm. melay asked me why i haven't been posting, so i
have decided to post something.
what happened today? we had our teachers' day celebration. it seemed to me as if there
were less performers this year. i remember last year, it really was number after number
after number. it was more fun last year, at least for me. although my team did win in the
quiz show. yeah, go blue team! which reminds me, i haven't claimed my prize for that. i
should...
aside from the mass and the program, we had an orientation on student council
elections. we also watched aya de leon's homecoming video.
highlights:
breaks
during the breaks, we ate. eating is always a highlight haha. we ate "mojos" (they're
okay, but i don't recommend them) and fries. then "mojos" again. potato loading. you
can never have too much potato. we actually wanted the potato balls, but they weren't
selling. anyway.
the homily
it was... interesting. the priest talked about love, true love, and what it really meant. he
said there is a difference between addiction and love. he said that true love is selfless.
true lovers do not deceive or take advantage of their beloved. in true love there is
justice. and there is growth. and there is NO CHEATING. it got me thinking, you know.
and hoping. and praying... that this is true. that we are true.
