Quantum Leap: Mirror Image (worst series finale in the history of television)
House: Other than the majority of seasons 4 and 5, I would give a special mention to the 100th episode, whatever it was called, because they didn't even include Chase and Cameron in the episode. What a fucking insult to two of the people who helped that show get established as a hit.
