If you could make up ONE law...
...knowing that it will be enforced FOREVER, without exception, knowing that (magically or through superior technology) no innocent person would ever be convicted, what would that law be?
I would dictate that... the punishment for ANY type of Sexual Assault on ANY person of EITHER gender or of ANY sexual orientation, of ANY breed (ethnicity), from ANY class or socio-economic level, and of ANY age ANYWHERE will be severely punished: Anything short of rape is punishable by the removal of any and all body parts (belonging to the Assailant) used for the assault itself. Rape of ANYONE in ANY form is punishable by DEATH.
