I love my job. I get to walk around a lot surrounded by countless books and music.
I am annoyed when on a 15 minute break a certain person yells at us to hurry up and get back when the 2 minute warning bell hasn't even rung. I don't like getting yelled at when I am not doing anything wrong. I have no trouble getting back on time and starting by final bell even if a wait to put my food away until after the warning bell.
I am doing everything correctly but having trouble doing it fast enough.
I got to learn some new things. Yesterday, I got to pack and affix labels to oversized an odd sized items for a couple of hours when we ran out of orders to pick. I like the job but my back doesn't :(
Today I learned another type of picking I had been looking forward to learning. It was trickier than I thought.
Also today I was recruited for helping with problem solving by running. I was a kind of go fer that brought items needed to complete problem orders. I LOVED it. I like helping to fix things... and walking really fast. Walking fast for me is easier than walking slow or "normal". Luckily there happened to be 80's music playing at the time I was doing this which always gives me nearly endless energy.
That is all that is going on with me for anyone who probably isn't listening.
