OH Waily waily!
I was trying to back up all our images and a few other files onto a thumb drive and I must have made some mistakes and the computer wasn't acting consistantly and so I spent an amount of time in utter despair yesterday because some of the most vunerable (ie. no other copies) were lost. It really doesn't make any sence to me how it happened... but it did. :(
Of course I was going throught through this process because the backup program Ghost stopped working, and the CD Rom and then some other things. There is a circular thing here, like the "Dear Eliza" song. A friend of mine and I had been working on a computer version years ago. I think it is still apt. So yeah if the computer weren't messed up I wouldn't have had to do this and if I were doing it and there was an error like this the backups would have protected my data. Arugh!
