Double Shift...
Yeah, so I yet again got suckered into pulling an all nighter here at the pointe. This one girl Heather who was supposed to work tonight (it was her last night working here actually) and she pulled a no call, no show sort of thing (gee.. who could have forseen this happening?). But in actuality, its her loss. But i guess its not that bad, since i'm making damn near $75 extra just for staying.
Friday night I hung out with jen & pat. I stayed over by jens since i was going to get nine inch nails tickets saturday morning at ten. We didnt finally get settled in until about 4:30-5am or something like that. I had a feeling if i was to fall asleep, i wouldnt wake up in time. So with that in mind, i decided to stay up all night. Jen's sister connie kept me company. We talked over cigaretts & coffee til about 8:45, then charlie picked me up around 9. We headed over to chicago ridge mall to wait around for carson's to open around 9:30. We got in line at the service desk since tickets went on sale by 10am. By 10:01am, all general admission (pit tickets) were gone! I did however end up getting tickets though, which i was happy about. So its all good i guess. After all of that, i ended up taking a 2 hour nap, before work (3:30-12am), and did it all over again Sunday. I worked again on monday, and here i am. My paycheck is going to be sweet. well i'm going to get going now.. maybe theres something funny on ebaumsworld.com to keep me occupied for a couple hours.
