Holy Shit I'm a Mom!!! And of course that makes April an 'Auntie'!!!
Just wanted to keep y'all updated with my little baby boy, Darren Jacob Bevins!!! He was born at 2:23pm on the 10th and was 7lbs 15 ounces and 19.5 inches long!!! He looks just like Jon and as my bro said "thank god he doesn't look like the mailman..." such a nice bro :)
Anyway... he is soooo adorable I can't take my eyes off of him... last night he just stared at me for a little while and smiled at me...
The C-Section wasn't as bad as I thought... neither was the spinal which made me entirely numb from the chest down... very fun feeling :) it only took 23 minutes to get the baby out and then about another 20 minutes to sew me back up!!! :)
I got some pics up on MySpace and I'm gonna try to put them up on LiveJournal... I say try b/c I've never done it!!! I'll be in the hospital until Tuesday and then I will be home... you are more welcome to stop on by and meet the adorable baby Darren... enjoy all!!!
