1-on-1 with Milo the Magnificent & Buzz group + Miles taking me home!!
Hey Milo,
I fell right to sleep when you dropped me off at my place..It was a wonderful night Miles~ We talked all night long Milo. From 6:40-10:30! It was magnificent Milo. On the way up we talked about family (my family) the directions how we get there and to my place from there..,the Pool Boys CD (which I might buy later on in life),how old he was & I gotit right,How the day has gone soo far, *didnt take your nap*,the "W" street, the crazy cementary,the softball field in which you played with when you were younger,when school starts,what classes we are taking next year,Rockhurst High,evening classes/work, when we moved, he moving to Lee Summit. That was the highlight of our trip up there..I asked you where you were moving too, and I was afraid it would be far away but when you said Lee Summitt, I was like good for you. And you were like yeah.."what if I was moving up to Nebraska"..Hehe..and I was like that would be way to much Milo.."I would Miss you dearly!" You were like yeah that would be drastic.., we talked a little about my bro trying to get lost(while taking me to DeClouds) and his reaction. Your reaction was that sounds like him.. Anyways we made it to the "W" street..and went inside..
During the time we had with the other people..we asked questions and dicussed them. I didnt sumbit any feedback or a question just because I didnt want to you know Miles..we met some of our friends from LVR..and it was great just being around different people, we did have a great time..there were challenging questions..heres some of them to remember..
1. If God is this almighty person why does he have bad things happen.
2. Why dont we hear stories about Jesus youth and teen years.
3. Infant Baptism or Adult Baptism.
4. Why did God allow Jesus to die on the cross for our sins and not have a nice death?
We dicussed those questions and some other ones Milo, remember! We had a great time with the other church. Even though we were the only ones who were from our church! Hehe..it was nice.
On the car ride home it was dark and kind of freaky you know with being alone with you..i dont know instincts..and I kind of felt uncomfortable being with you alone with you in the car at night..but it was good. Being with you. You called yourself confused..and stupid during Buzz group and then in the car..that broke the ice was you said you were retarded and I said Miles..we already established that between me and you..have already known that. We switched CDs to the other pool Boys.. You asked me if I liked it(meaning Buzz group)..and I was like yeah..it was fun and interesting. But you have to understand that Im always the "observer" thats why I didnt talk. He understood some..because he told me that with a couple of his friends..he couldnt talk either..he just sits there..and I was like yeah..I feel the same way..when Im around friends. I was like yeah..its strange you cant talk to your peers but you can talk to you know people who are older and younger..because you were very talkative tonight with them and with me. He asked me what topic stuck in my mind..and it was the infant and Adult baptism one..and we both shared our opinions and we basically shared the same beliefs in that.. Anyway you asked me what college I was going to and what Im gonna major in and all that, we also talked about D-teams last night and my first words were "CONFIDENTIAL" and good. you were like thats amazing how you used that first word confidental and good. I was like yeah..but i got jealous because you had pizza..you were like that was suppose to be confidential, but I saw the evidence!! You heard crickets outside and I was like Miles..its dark..crickets come after dark! And you were like ohh.. We finally made it to 167th..street and you were like what street do you leave on, you really live out in the "Booney's" ...after a while he was like 75th street should be coming up pretty quickly! i was like 75th street shouldn't it be 175th? You were like oh..yeah..I was like yeah thats important.. You said maybe I should use those words tomorrow..I was like ok.. Anyway we made it out to my house..and we said our goodbyes..and me saying good luck with this surgery tomorrow..and everything. You said I hope you had a good time and then I reached over to you and hugged you briefly and said thanks..and goodnight..when I got out of the car..I said Miles I'll call you tomorrow buddy..and you were like ok..call me..And then we departed.
**Miles, just being with you one-on-one like that means so much to me. I mean i was doubting our friendship on countless times and last night proved that we have that friendship..I think its deeper now..considering that you indeed took me home and we talked about stuff! So I'll see ya later buddy..
