Part one of two

This is about the show last night.

Enjie told me about it. He, myself, his friend/lady friend (??) and his other friend were the entourage.
there were 3 opening bands. one was a goth rock band called "Otto's Daughter." they were okay. I bought one of their cd's to spite Jacob who didn't like them. When grading them, he gave them a C-, while I said C+. He responded with, "We have to have a talk." or something. So I said I'ld buy the cd to spite him.
The next was "Live Sex Act" which did fairly well considering they spent half their set trying to fix their bass and then just said screw and had one person do the bass with their mouth.
The third, "All the king's men" was bad. The best part was when the singer fell down. It was mostly the lead singer doing high pitched wailing.

Then Freezepop came on, and they rocked. I guess they weren't at full potential because the club (Middle East) didn't have good music things for the keyboard guy (the other Sean T. Drinkwater). he kept trying to get the guys in back to adjust stuff.

They gave out freezepops (the little frozen bags of flavored juice from childhood)

I bought both of their CDs (not out of spite) and got everyone to autograph both. boo yah
i regret not getting a free poster, but i didn't want to be the guy that had them autograph three things
good times
