Mad as Rabbits, indeed
So , if there's one thing I'm going to enjoy about Spain, it's going to be not hearing Mom yelling at Grandma. Constantly. Until I have to step in and tell her to stop, which lasts until five minutes later when I'm out of the room. Orrrr, as evidenced right this second, while I'm in the room.
Also, Mike Chen loaned me his acoustic guitar, so now I'm teaching myself to play, which is pretty cool. Not so cool is going around trying to find a summer job. Especially when Dad gets the idea in his head that I should go in and ask to speak to a manager about an immediate interview to "get my foot in the door and stand out from the crowd." Yeah, maybe that would be a good plan if it was a real job that I was being hired to for more than like two months...
For now, I'll stick to filling in applications.
