MASTER HAS GIVEN Q A SOCK

Oct 12, 2013 17:07

Literally.

That's my birthday present from the relatives.

Socks.

Knee-socks.

Two pair.

All polyester and spandex, which I have repeatedly told them make my skin shrink back screaming in repulsion...not a natural fibre to be seen for miles.

Ah well. It's the thought and all that.

(At least they were dark blue and not neon melon this time.)

master has given q a sock, asperger's, aspie brain, relatives, birthdays

At least the socks you won't wear are not in a color you can't stand to look at?....I got nothing......

Can you maybe offer them in trade at a local second-time-around shop?

I got nuthin', too.

Whereas I have the greatest personalised card in the history of the postal service. XD

(And you will be receiving a card of your own very shortly, depending on said postal service. Let me know!)

I bet if the MASTER had actually given you a sock, you would have enjoyed it more.

Only if...

a) It was Simm!Master,
b) It was a cock sock, and
c) I were at liberty to dabble with the contents.

:)

Those were exactly the circumstances I was thinking of.

Then I like the way you think. :)

Words fail me. :/

I bet Dobby would have given you amazing socks though. Hand knitted, with love in the (non-scratchy) stitches. ;)

I bet he would have, too. :)

Oddly enough, there are socks out there that I would have been really glad to get. Just, you know. Not yucky fake-fabric ones.
