Sherlock Schmut
It would indeed be remiss of me not the share the hawtness. So, welcome to Q's Sherlock fic recs: the D/S edition!
First, the redoubtable quamquam20 has gifted us with the searingly steamy Like You Hate Me and its sequel Dig It Up, Tear It Down. Trust me, you will never look at a door the same way again. Go and pay homage; it is indeed worthy.
Next up is a story I only just discovered today. Bad f'list! Why did you not tell me about this??* You are all fired! Anyway, a while ago I wished for a story with John topping Sherlock, since the D/S fics always seem to go the other way (though sadly I'm not the one who posted the prompt; may the gods ever bless their stockings), with possibly a bit of med!play involved. And, well, here is more than I ever could have hoped for.
Warning for serious dub-con and breaching of the doctor/patient privilege, plus some pretty extreme liberties taken with the canon characterization. Go and read it anyway; it's just that hawt. It's called A Thorough Examination and is followed by its sequel, In Depth. EDIT: now complete with fanart, which is how I discovered it in the first place. Re-discovered. Whatever.
