The Continuing Quest for Q-friendly Bluejeans
So, since the Levi's junior boot cut (too-low; superlow; hanging off your ass so you look like a fifteen-year-old gangster) jeans didn't work for me, I broke down and scooped even more money that I shouldn't touch out of my savings and got some $12 Faded Glory 8 petites. I'd bought a pair of these at a thrift store a while ago and they actually fit me pretty well, but the main problem seemed to be shoddy workmanship: the button came off after I wore them once. Which was probably why they were donated in the first place, now I think of it, but hey, what do you expect for $12 jeans?
Anyway. Have washed the first pair and will see how they work, and if they don't, I can still return the second pair. So far they seem to have shrunken nicely to fit.
If this works, I shall laugh a rueful laugh.
