heard this song on my walkman today, and it's been driving me crazy ever since:

anyway, i find myself strangely crushing on this young woman, which is terrifying for a number of reasons:
1) she was born the year i was fourteen. =8(
2) she's not at all my type...too much fake chintzy stuff about her person, and a rather, er, aggressively solid constitution.
3) she could obviously snap me like a twig.
then i found this acoustic version, and - though it's slightly hammy and obnoxious - good lordy godiva help me, the girl is trained. chops galore. also plays up the reported bisexual undertones of the song.
yes, i have looked up the chords for the song. i might or might not be devising a ukulele version.
