Moments in Time
I've decided to forgo the large update post of doom I had planed, as I really don't feel like typing out all the details of everything.
I'm back, of a sort. Now fully moved in at my father's house until such time as I head of to New York for le schooling. In re the father's house, I'm sure you can all remember the way the Internet works here, in that it is a shared commodity. Now, they have not the wonders of wireless as theirs is a desktop. As such I will be on less frequently that I previously was. that and it's the holiday month, so what seems like every other day is a holiday. Not that the wireless matters, as my wireless card seems to be broken. *shrug*
And about that schooling, I do not yet know when I am going. Rabbi F. is working on it, there are still some loose ends, like where I will live and minor details like that. It will get figured soon enough. Though, as his wife just had a baby yesterday morning it might take just a bit longer. But that is to be expected. I can be patient, sometimes.
I've already posted on Friday about my mother's ticket to Israel, so there's that and yay for here.
You may be wondering, now that I'm at my father's what has become of the lovely Ketchup and Patches. Well, I am happy to say that they are both doing well and quite happy in their new temporary homes. Yes, sadly I had to separate them, but they are in homes with others so they are not lonely. Though, I did just hear from Patches temps that she seems to be having issues urinating. But, that could be due to the stress of moving. She REALLY did not like the ride over, was hyperventilating the whole way. Anyway, they shall be keeping an eye on it and if need be taking her to the vet.
I'm thinking that there were other things I was going to put in this post, but at the mo can not remember them, so I shall end here. Mind, I do have quite a few other things that need posting, some memes and a couple of philosophical thinky bits, so you might get a bit of spam from my end over the next bit.
Tomorrow I get to make paper chains at work, so that's fun. But, it's also a fast day, so I can't drink cocoa or coffee while I do so. Oh well.
